Booking Policy (Shoots)

Full payment secures your booking. If unpaid within 24-48 hours, your reservation is cancelled.
Bookings must be made at least 1 week in advance. No same-day bookings.
Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours incur a N15,000 fee.
40-minute late arrival = N12,000 fee; appointment is cancelled after 1 hour.
Refunds are 60/40 (60% to client, 40% retained).
Dining is required at every restaurant; no photos without dining.
Clients must attend shoots alone.
Photos ready within 48 hours; express delivery is N20,000.
Extras are N15,000 each.
