At ‘Shuttergirl’ we are committed to delivering high-quality photography and editing services to ensure complete client satisfaction. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund may be requested. Please review our refund policy below:
- Refund Eligibility
A refund will be considered only if due diligence was not performed on our part. This includes situations where the agreed-upon deliverables were not met or if the final product does not meet the quality standard as specified in our agreement. - Â Refund Processing Time
If a refund is granted, it will be processed within 3-5 business days from the approval of the refund request. Please note that processing times may vary depending on the payment method used. - Adjustment Limitations and Partial Refunds
If multiple revisions have been made to the images (more than three), and the client still insists on a refund, a partial refund will be applied. The refund will be split on a 60/40 basis: 60% of the total fee will be refunded to the client, and 40% will be retained for the services already rendered. - Revisions and Modifications
We offer up to three rounds of image adjustments to ensure your satisfaction. Any revisions beyond the third round may incur additional fees. The specific details regarding additional charges will be communicated prior to proceeding with further adjustments. - Non-Refundable Services
Certain services, including but not limited to booking fees, travel costs, and any non-refundable deposits, are non-refundable once the project has begun. - Refund Requests
Refund requests must be made in writing via email within 7 days of receiving the final deliverables. All refund requests will be reviewed and addressed based on the terms outlined above. - Dispute Resolution
In the event of a disagreement regarding the deliverables, we encourage open communication to resolve the matter. Please contact us via our website
